IT Support Specialist | Zespri International

Zespri International is looking for a proactive IT Support Specialist to provide technical support across corporate offices and operational sites. You'll play a key role in maintaining reliable IT systems, supporting Microsoft 365, and delivering exceptional service to employees worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and software deployments
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN, and remote working solutions
- Assist with endpoint security, software updates, and IT compliance
- Record incidents and resolutions using the IT service management system
- Create technical documentation and contribute to continuous service improvements
Skills & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in IT help desk, desktop support, or technical support roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Intune, and Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with ITIL service management practices
- Experience supporting hybrid work environments
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, or ITIL Foundation
