Responsibilities include:
Welcoming guests and completing check-in and check-out procedures.
Processing payments and issuing room keys.
Managing room assignments and reservations.
Answering phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Coordinating with housekeeping regarding room status.
Handling guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements.
Preparing daily reports and maintaining guest records.
Arranging transportation and assisting with concierge-related requests.
Delivering professional and friendly customer service at all times.
