Position Overview

Gopha Group Distribution is seeking a fast-paced, detail-oriented Order Picker & Packer to join our inventory team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products from warehouse shelves and securely packaging them to ensure timely and high-quality delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Efficiently locate and pull products from inventory using pick slips or digital scanners, ensuring correct items and quantities.
• Packing & Labeling: Securely pack items into shipping boxes with protective materials, attach accurate shipping labels, and prepare bundles for courier pickup.
• Inventory Control: Conduct routine stock replenishment, report low inventory levels, and keep tracking logs updated.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect products during the picking process to ensure there are no defects or damaged items leaving the facility.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior warehouse, packing, or retail inventory experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Attributes: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods, and comfortably lift up to 15–20kg safely.
• Traits: Reliable, punctual, and capable of working productively both independently and as part of a team.
• Eligibility: Valid local working rights.
