Position Summary
The Marketing Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for connecting with leads and “greasing the wheels” of all the opt-ins we get so that people move through the funnel with a really high level of service provided by us.
You will be doing consultative discovery calls with small to medium sized company Founder/CEOs in the residential construction sector and scheduling sales qualified leads with our Sales Team.
These calls will be to marketing qualified leads who have opted-in through at least one of our marketing assets.
The MDR will be responsible for prospecting, nurturing and managing pipeline deals, attending meetings, communicating internally, and updating the CRM.
The MDR will also be held accountable to monthly booked meetings, held meetings, closed won meetings, and other key activities that lead to revenue.
