Position Summary

The Marketing Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for connecting with leads and “greasing the wheels” of all the opt-ins we get so that people move through the funnel with a really high level of service provided by us.

You will be doing consultative discovery calls with small to medium sized company Founder/CEOs in the residential construction sector and scheduling sales qualified leads with our Sales Team.

These calls will be to marketing qualified leads who have opted-in through at least one of our marketing assets.

The MDR will be responsible for prospecting, nurturing and managing pipeline deals, attending meetings, communicating internally, and updating the CRM.

The MDR will also be held accountable to monthly booked meetings, held meetings, closed won meetings, and other key activities that lead to revenue.

Knowledge Skills and Responsibilities

• You don’t have to come with a resume that is incredible…You need to be personable, conversational, and intelligent

• You will have tech and computer skills to work out challenges and solve logistical issues with our booking system.

• You will get along with our team and be both quarterback and waterboy/girl in the same week

• You will want to progress your career but be keen to learn the business from the ground up so you can set and hold high standards.

• Like we said… You will be energetic and able to hold a conversation with leads like your a podcast interviewer.

Education and Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in remote work and digital working space.

• Proficient computer skills (e.g. Google Workspace, Slack, GoHighLevel, Zoom)

Compensation Monthly salary of $1800 - $2500 based on experience and skills
