Our Client
Pallas Capital is one of Australasia's leading real estate debt and equity investment managers, having successfully invested more than $5.8 billion since its establishment in 2016. The business was founded in response to the lack of commercial real estate debt solutions available to borrowers requiring funding beyond traditional banking channels.
Following the successful expansion of its platform in Australia, Pallas Capital established its New Zealand presence to capitalise on the significant opportunity within the local non-bank lending market. The NZ business is focused on supporting property investors, developers and SME borrowers with tailored debt solutions, while delivering attractive secured investment opportunities to wholesale investors.
