This is an in-house role based in our Newmarket, Auckland office. It is not a remote position. This is a full-time position, but we understand that great people come with different commitments and circumstances. We’re open to discussing flexible hours or part-time options for the right candidate.

The role

As our Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for our customers. You'll deliver exceptional service, solve problems, provide administrative support, and help ensure our customers enjoy a seamless experience with QuickQuote.

You'll work closely with the wider team to support both our customers and the day-to-day operations of the business.

What you'll be doing

Customer Service

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and other channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating where required.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Ensure all customer interactions are accurately recorded within our CRM system.
• Deliver a consistently positive customer experience.

Administration & Operational Support

• Maintain accurate customer records, documentation and filing systems.
• Process orders, invoices and other business documentation.
• Assist with data entry, reporting and database management.
• Coordinate internal communications to support customer outcomes.
• Track and follow up customer requests and operational tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.

What we're looking for

Essential:

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, or another client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organised.
• Confidence using computers and CRM / business systems.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

It would be great if you also have:

• Experience working in technology, logistics, insurance or other service-based industries.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• An interest in working within a growing software business.
