About the role:
The Digital Marketing Assistant supports the Ecommerce Manager in the seamless execution of ecommerce, app/web, aggregator and digital platform activity across KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and Carl’s Jr. The role also contributes to social media and integrated digital campaign execution across key brand initiatives.
Some of your role scope includes:

Websites, Ecommerce Platforms & Aggregators (70% of role
-
Manage digital briefing intake, ensuring briefs are complete, clear and actionable

Coordinate content production and uploads across websites, ecommerce platforms and aggregators
-
Maintain accurate, up-to-date website content (products, pricing, imagery, menus, allergens)
-
Support testing and deployment across staging, production, tills, kiosks and ecommerce sites
-
Raise and manage change requests; brief developers and IT partners for updates
-
Align with brand teams on aggregator promotions and calendars
-
Pull analytics and build performance reports; attend weekly tech calls

Social Media (20% of role)

Support community management and escalate key issues
-
Assist with planning, scheduling and reporting of social content

Coordinate competitions and giveaways
-
Create and edit short-form video content and captions
-
Campaign & Digital Operations Support (<10% of role)

Assist with campaign launches, deep links and asset uploads
-
Maintain digital menu content and support post-campaign reporting
-
Support local store marketing, Google Business updates and agency coordination

Assist with asset approvals and audits in Brand folder.
What You’ll Bring:
-
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar
-
1–2 years’ experience in a marketing or digital role (fast-paced industry preferred)

Experience with ecommerce platforms, websites, and customer journeys
-
Strong attention to detail across content, pricing, and campaign execution

Confident coordinating across Brand, Ecommerce, IT, developers, and agencies
-
Experience raising change requests, testing updates, and troubleshooting issues
-
Basic analytics/reporting skills (experience with CMS, GA4, CRM, Jira is a plus)

Familiarity with content management systems

Social media content creation and copywriting preferred
