We have a rare opportunity to work as an Occupational Therapist and join our passionate Rotorua- Infant, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (iCAMHS). The role is based in Rotorua in the Childrens Health Hub and includes support, as needed, to the Southern Lakes iCAMHS team, based in Taupo.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team who has an interest in Mental Health. Post graduate experience in mental health (2 years) would be an asset however, for the right candidate, this could be a great position for a new graduate with opportunities to develop skills in occupational therapy assessment, individual work and group facilitation, and special interests such as sensory integration.

About the Role
About the Team/Service/ Location
Our team of mental health clinicians work closely together as a multi-disciplinary team to provide mental health assessments and treatment to Tamariki (children), taiohi (young people) and whanau (extended family). The Rotorua team works closely aligned to other child & adolescent health services at Te Aka Mauri, the Childrens Health Hub, located in the Rotorua Public Library building.
