We are looking for 1 X Indian cook and 1 X Chef to join our team. Tandoor and Curry experience is must.

Employment- Fulltime- Permanent

The ideal candidate will be responsible for-

• Cooking and plating food orders as per the request
• Examining foodstuffs to ensure quality
• Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment
• Preparing high-quality Indian curries and operating the Tandoori oven without supervision promptly.
• Portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces, and garnishes
• Storing food in temperature-controlled facilities
• Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements
• Keep your work areas and equipment clean and tidy, ensuring sanitation practices are always in compliance with hygiene regulations.
• Providing Chef or Manager with stock requirement and ongoing needed to ensure efficient operation in your area of responsibility.
• Assist with training and directing Kitchen hands as required
• Work with safe practices following kitchen safety standards.
• Maintaining your part of the Food Control Plan by ensuring the data is recorded as required.
• Other relevant duties as requested from time to time.
• Reporting to the Head Chef/manager.
• Candidate requirements:
• The applicant must have at least two years of relevant experience
• Experience in cooking Indian cuisine Experience in Tandoor and Curry style cooking

Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour
