We are seeking expressions of interest from passionate Clinic Managers across New Zealand. As a Clinic Manager at Laser Clinics, you’ll guide our team in helping clients achieve their version of FEELING GOOD by:

• Leading by Example: Motivate your team to excel in their roles and achieve KPIs, leaving them feeling empowered.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee smooth day-to-day clinic operations and manage staffing needs for optimal coverage.

We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have:

• Formal qualification in Beauty (i.e. Level 4).
• Experience in a clinical or aesthetic environment preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Business acumen and passion for the beauty industry.
• Focus on excellent customer service and results.
