About the Role
As a Production Worker, you will work on the manufacturing floor assisting in the assembly, construction, and processing of electrical distribution transformers. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assembly & Production Work
Assemble transformer components on production lines
Work with copper windings, steel cores, insulation materials, and electrical parts
Assist in building distribution transformers to utility-grade standards
Follow production schedules and detailed work instructions
Machine Operation & Manual Work
Operate basic production machinery and hand tools
Support winding, cutting, pressing, and assembly processes
Handle heavy or bulky components safely
Perform repetitive manufacturing tasks in a factory environment
Quality & Testing Support
Inspect parts for defects or quality issues
Assist in basic testing of components and finished units
Follow ISO quality assurance procedures
Report faults or production issues to supervisors
Health, Safety & Compliance
Follow strict electrical manufacturing safety procedures
Wear PPE at all times and maintain safe work practices
Keep workstations clean and organised
Comply with workplace safety systems and standards
Teamwork & Production Support
Work closely with engineers, technicians, and team leaders
Support continuous production flow and daily targets
Assist with material handling and warehouse movement
Participate in training and skill development
What We’re Looking For?
No formal degree required (entry-level role)
Experience in manufacturing or hands-on technical work preferred
Good physical fitness for lifting and standing long hours
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Strong attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset
Willingness to work rotating shifts
Pay: From $5,500.00 per month
