If you have experience in a Contact Centre environment and/or similar customer service role and wish to be part of a team which adds value every-day to our customer base and the wider business, then this may be the role for you.
Mo te turanga | About the role
The Contact Centre is a key customer facing channel for supporting NZQA's customers by phone, live chat, and e-mail. We are a team who pride ourselves on being customer-centric and aiming for first call resolution every time.
This role comes at a time when NZQA is in the midst of making several exciting enhancements to the Contact Centre. You will be part of the journey in supporting to make those enhancements, including the implementation of innovative digital platforms.
