As the Order Management Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a high-quality order-to-delivery service across the business. This role is focused on coordinating domestic and export orders, ensuring customer requirements are met accurately, on time, and in a cost-effective manner while delivering world-class customer service.
Reporting directly to the Team Leader – Order Management, you'll work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance and Export teams. Through strong collaboration, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, you'll help deliver exceptional customer outcomes while contributing to continuous improvement across the function and wider organisation.
This opportunity can be based in either Christchurch or Hokitika, offering the chance to join a collaborative team in one of Westland's key South Island locations.
You are someone with several years' experience in customer service, order coordination, logistics, supply chain, or a similar role where customer satisfaction and operational excellence go hand in hand. You bring a proven ability to build strong working relationships, manage competing priorities, and deliver outcomes in a practical and collaborative way.
