Receptionist Wanted
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Receptionist to join us in Auckland.
About the Role As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and relaxing environment. Your responsibilities will include:
· Greeting clients and managing appointments
· Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
· Processing payments and maintaining records
· Assisting therapists with scheduling
· Keeping the reception area clean and organized
· Providing excellent customer service
Requirements
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Good computer and administrative skills
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Professional appearance and positive attitude
· Previous reception, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
