• New product experiences and platform capability
• Smarter developer tooling and engineering practices
• How we leverage AI (generative + agentic) to improve both product and developer experience

What you’ll bring
You don’t need to tick every box, but you’ll likely have:

• Strong commercial experience with modern web applications
• React experience on the front end
• Backend experience (PHP/Laravel is helpful but not essential)
• A quality mindset — clean code, testing, collaboration
• Curiosity, pragmatism, and a builder mentality
• A genuine interest in solving customer problems

Bonus points if you enjoy experimenting, improving systems, and bringing fresh thinking to engineering.
