About the role:
As our Assistant Brand Manager, your role will be to implement the selected portfolio of the RB’s Brand’s marketing plans. This position will have responsibility to assist in the day-to-day implementation of all above and below the line marketing activity; local store marketing promotions; new product development and general Marketing assistance where required.
Some of your role scope includes:

Implement pods in the marketing calendar for new product launches, programmes and communications.

Coordinate above the line and below the line activity to ensure complete and timely communication and smooth running of promotions.

Manage day-to-day implementation of the media strategy, to ensure best use of media investment and brand growth.

Conduct day-to-day sales analysis.

Manage store marketing activity for store transformations and new builds.

Evaluate marketing initiatives/sponsorship requests on a store-by-store basis.

Lead specific brand projects.

Provide general marketing assistance as and where required.

Ideally your experience would contain:
-
Tertiary degree, with major in marketing preferred, although other major acceptable with relevant marketing experience.

2+ years marketing experience, preferably associated with a fast-paced consumer goods marketing and or retail organisation.

Proven experience managing external advertising agencies
-
Previous experience liaising with Sales teams and empathy for field operations and a focus on business executions and performance.

Strong project management, time-management and planning expertise.

Analytical mindset.
