Mana Coach Services is looking for a proactive and organised Operations Assistant Manager to support the daily delivery of safe, reliable, and efficient bus services. This is a permanent full-time role based out of our Porirua Depot.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with the day-to-day management of bus operations
• Support and lead drivers to achieve high performance
• Respond to operational issues and service disruptions
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Investigate incidents and customer feedback

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in transport, logistics, or operations management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Full New Zealand driver’s licence (Class 2 preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
