We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and our vibrant, supportive work environment. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Bookkeeper to join our team and help us maintain accurate financial records and support our continued growth.
Full Time Role- 30 Hours per week (Minimum).
Pay Range $33 - $ 37 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Calculate and process payroll for staff, ensuring compliance with employment agreements and relevant legislation.
Maintain records of employee wages, deductions, and superannuation contributions.
Prepare and submit GST, PAYE, and other tax returns in accordance with New Zealand regulations.
Ensure compliance with financial reporting and tax obligations.
Work closely with staff, and management to ensure efficient handling of financial matters.
Respond to financial inquiries and provide assistance in resolving discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Relevant Level 4 qualifcation or higher or a Bachelors/Masters degree in any dicipline
3 years of relevant experience may substitute the requirement for a formal qualification
