Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager oversees daily accounting operations, ensures accurate financial reporting, and helps maintain strong internal controls. This role typically leads accounting staff, supports budgeting and forecasting, and works closely with senior management to improve financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the general ledger, month-end and year-end close, and financial statement preparation.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and management reports.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and legal regulations.

Skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• CPA or CA qualification is often preferred.

Pay: $58.00 – $63.00 per hour
