1.Campaign Management: Build and execute email campaigns based on marketing briefs, including audience segmentation and targeting.
2.Email Development: Design, code, and test responsive email templates using HTML/CSS within SFMC.
3.Audience Finalization: Utilize data extensions and segmentation strategies to ensure accurate audience targeting.
4.SFMC SQL Expertise: Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data segmentation and personalization.
5.Automation Builder: Develop and manage automated workflows for recurring campaigns and data processes.
6.Journey Builder: Create and maintain customer journeys to enhance engagement and lifecycle marketing.
7.SMS Campaigns: Implement and manage SMS messaging campaigns using SFMC Mobile Studio.
8.API Integrations: Work with SFMC APIs for data synchronization and integration with external systems.
9.Data Management: Ensure data hygiene, compliance, and proper use of subscriber data across campaigns.
10.Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
