We are looking for a detail-focused Warehouse Assistant to join our friendly team at our Hamilton branch! This is a permanent role, with 30+ hours per week. Key Responsibilities: -Deliver a positive in-store experience by welcoming customers, offering assistance, and building strong relationships. -Process all inbound stock accurately, including counting and verifying quantities and product codes against consignment documentation, and ensuring correct entry into warehouse inventory systems. -Complete daily stock-related scanning and paperwork in line with company procedures, maintaining high levels of accuracy. -Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized warehouse, ensuring all products are safely and neatly stored in their designated locations. - Handle and stack stock carefully to prevent damage to products and equipment. - Investigate discrepancies in warehouse transactions, identify root causes, and report any issues as required.
