About the Role
As Document Controller within the Infrastructure and Investment Group (IIG) National Delivery team, you will work with our largest construction project teams where you'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining a structured document control environment that supports the successful delivery of Health NZ's large infrastructure projects.
Working closely with our main contractors, project teams and consultants you will ensure technical documentation is accurate, traceable, and compliant enabling smooth collaboration, audit readiness and alignment with quality, regulatory and contractor requirements.
This role is central to creating a seamless experience for teams and stakeholders by ensuring documentation is well-organised, accessible, and aligned with organisational standards.
About the Team/Service/ Location
The mission of the Health New Zealand Infrastructure and Investment Group (IIG) is to provide the safe, fit for purpose health facilities, sites and equipment that are essential for a well-functioning health system. The IIG leads investment by understanding and managing these well, ensuring health facilities, sites, and equipment with the highest need of investment are prioritised and standardising the way these are delivered, maintained, refurbished or redeveloped.
About you
