We’re looking for a motivated and detail focused Sales & Customer Coordinator to support our national Retrofit business from our Auckland office.
This is a key hybrid role sitting at the heart of our sales process — managing inbound enquiries, coordinating customer engagement, supporting sales conversion, and ensuring jobs move smoothly from first contact through to installation and completion.
You’ll be part of a team working closely with sales representatives and operational teams across New Zealand, helping ensure customers receive a seamless, professional experience from start to finish.
Our customers are predominantly homeowners looking to improve the comfort, warmth and efficiency of their homes — so the way we respond, follow through and deliver really matters.
