Our Whenuapai team is expanding, and we are looking for customer-focused professionals to join us in a dynamic and varied Customer Experience Representative role. Every day is different, as you support NZDF personnel by providing timely, accurate and customer-centred shared services.
You will liaise and assist across a range of units and levels within the organisation, effectively and efficiently multitasking to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
As part of the Defence Shared Services Group (DSSG), you will contribute to services delivered through a mix of local and national teams:
You will be supported by an inclusive and experienced Customer Services Manager and be part of a team who are passionate about the work they do and proud of the service they provide to the NZDF whanau.
This role is based at RNZAF Base Auckland, Whenuapai.

It's important in this role to bring a real sense of value to the relationships you build and the networks you create. You'll have an eye for continuous improvement and be comfortable in tabling ideas for discussion.

You will also need a full clean NZ drivers' licence.
For these specific Whenuapai based roles, for you to be able to obtain the necessary security clearance, we do require you to be a citizen or permanent resident of New Zealand or a five eyes country for a minimum of 10 years.
