We are Auckland's home of commemoration as well as the country’s oldest research institution and a major tourist destination.
We are looking for an experienced Learning Specialist to develop and deliver innovative and inspiring educational programming. This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside subject matter experts and our collections to create programmes that inspire curiosity, connection and belonging for our education audiences.
The successful candidate will bring with them a knowledge and passion for museum education and experience of delivering education programmes to ākonga of all ages. Expertise in developing and delivering education programmes within a GLAM institution or similar is preferable.
The Learning Specialist is an advocate for the museum locally, regionally and nationally and will possess a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
