We are looking for a precision-driven and systems-oriented Fund Operations Administrator to manage the daily transactional mechanics, compliance workflows, and processing pipelines behind our venture capital deployments. This mid-level position serves as an accessible career step for corporate registry operators, trust accounting assistants, or finance graduates eager to build a specialized career inside the startup investment sector. Working within a structured environment, the successful candidate will manage data consistency between our frontline investment analysts and our back-office clearing frameworks, ensuring seamless capital tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Settlement & Validation: Audit, process, and reconcile early-stage capital call payments, asset valuations, and cash registry flows across the fund ecosystem.
Compliance Lifecycles: Direct the end-to-end processing of investor applications, verification steps, and registry changes while adhering to strict anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
Data Documentation & Integrity: Compile clear, concise unit-pricing summaries, portfolio asset ledgers, and transaction audit trail documents to maintain seamless month-end accounting.
System Error Escalation: Pinpoint transaction processing breaks, ledger mismatches, or platform calculation errors, escalating them with detailed technical notes to senior systems and fund managers.
Stakeholder Platform Guidance: Support registry partners, internal investment teams, and retail platforms through onboarding setups and transaction queries, making dense registry regulations easy to understand.
What We Are Looking For:
Background: Strong background in financial services support, share registry operations, fund administration, or corporate trust processing.
Systems & Tools: Deep familiarity with data input tools, advanced spreadsheets, secure enterprise registries, and modern financial reconciliation software.
Meticulous Attention: Exceptional attention to detail paired with a systematic approach to detecting inconsistencies across high-volume data points.
Clear Articulation: Highly organized written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to outline exact compliance rules and administrative steps to internal staff.
