We are seeking a Marketing Automation Executive to join our marketing team to deliver personalised customer communications that drive meaningful customer experiences and business results.
About the role
Reporting to the Digital & Marketing Automation Manager, you will play a key role in executing and optimising our email marketing, CRM, and marketing automation programmes. This is a new position into the business and is designed to build campaigns, managing audience segmentation, supporting customer nurture journeys, and ensuring every communication is delivered accurately and effectively.
This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with hands-on experience in email marketing, marketing automation, CRM platforms, and campaign analytics who is looking to take the next step in their career.
Key responsibilities
- Build, test, schedule, and deploy email marketing campaigns
- Execute automated customer journeys and nurture programmes
- Manage audience segmentation and campaign targeting
- Support remarketing and retargeting activities across digital channels
- Conduct campaign QA to ensure accuracy and brand alignment
- Monitor campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities
- Run A/B testing across content, subject lines, CTAs, and send times
- Maintain CRM data quality, audience lists, and deliverability standards
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, digital teams, and agency partners to deliver integrated campaigns.
About you
You will be a customer-focused marketing specialist who is passionate about creating engaging digital experiences, leveraging data to drive performance, and delivering seamless customer journeys through CRM and marketing automation
- 2–4 years' experience in marketing automation, CRM, email marketing, or digital campaign execution.
- Proven experience building and deploying eDM campaigns using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical capability with experience in audience segmentation, campaign reporting, and optimisation.
- Highly organised with excellent stakeholder management skills and a passion for improving customer experiences through data-driven marketing.
