There was a first round phone screening with the recruiter followed by a virtual interview with what should have been the manager but, they were out on leave. Second virtual interview with the direct manager of the department. Followed by an invite to walk the building, even though they had a candidate already picked out. That part was kind of strange.

This was followed by interviews with the hiring manager and business stakeholders, where the focus was on my procurement experience, problem-solving abilities, stakeholder management, and behavioral competencies. The interviewers were respectful, engaging, and provided a clear understanding of the role and expectations. Communication throughout the process was timely, and I was kept informed at each stage. Overall, I had a positive experience and found the recruitment process to be smooth, organized, and welcoming.
