Three rounds of selection of the first two telephone conversations, the third coming to them, with the second and third being in English. This is the first conversation lasting about half an hour where you get to know the company, by default who they are, what they are, what they do, etc., then a little about you what you finished from school to have previous experiences a little about what your ambitions are would like to work, are you willing to travel for work and insist on a good knowledge of English. Also, of course, informing about the further election process and pointing out the next conversation. The second round, a very pleasant character, tries to be a relaxed atmosphere and he asks you professional questions are most of the things that stood in the descriptive positions that I applied. Duration the same approximately half an hour. Immediately, five minutes after the end of the conversation, the guy got the answer whether you are going to the next round and if you are not where your mistakes are, what you did not know and saved to work on.

First interview took 1-2 hours, with a written test around C# and then a general discussion about the role and the company. The written test was marked there and then. At the end of this interview, I was invited back for a second interview. Second interview took 3+ hours. The first hour was a TDD exercise (practical test) whilst being observed by another developer (this is not code pairing). The remainder of the time (2+ hours) consisted a technical Q+A (verbal test): - Lots of in-depth textbook questions on C# language. - Whiteboard a C# class to demonstrate usage of async/await. - Whiteboard a simple database schema based on verbal requirements. - Lots of questions about working practices and used skills at past roles (not just the last company). At the end of the second interview, I was given feedback.
