Are you sure you didn't possibly slip up on a technical question? Granted, if one of the questions was "what frameworks do you use?", i'm not sure what could go wrong there.... What other questions were there?
Was salary or culture fit ever discussed? That's the only other thing I could really see where a qualified candidate would be passed on.
Note: I don't work for Tinder, just interested and curious why they'd move on from a seemingly qualified candidate
