Don't use generic answers like "I'm a perfectionist", they've heard them all before. Try, "I like to take risks", it invoke's multiple question's that will be along the lines of "how so?" or "have they paid off?". This where you can insert personal brags in an interview when they are asking about weakness. Don't over do it! Companies right now are looking for outside the box thinkers who are willing to take educated risks because the business models have changed.
