The questions that came before and after this one felt like they were just poaching for information from me on what they should be doing as a company instead of showing the interest of my experience or even giving me information on the internal process. It seems like the company is still fairly new and learning the ropes of being a successful digital marketing agency. However, it seemed like they had no knowledge on SEO whatsoever and were looking to learn from me from the interview. This was a while back but, I hope the company is doing good and has more resources and staff to be able to discuss their skills and process a little more in their interviews.
