The property owner wasn't as caring to the needs of the property or the renters as I would have been if mainly my responsibility to arrange repairs,. Maintance, etc. It was hard being the mediator when I fully didn't agree with the integrity of the daily operations. Wanted erk work with a more family oriented company that cater more about people and it's reputation for doing good business.
