Quicktouch Tecnologies interview question

The technical interview started with a brief introduction. They asked me to solve problems on data structures (finding the kth smallest element in an array) and object-oriented concepts (polymorphism and inheritance). I explained my approach and coded solutions in C++. The interview ended with situational questions on teamwork and project management, where I shared examples from my experience.
