Just think of a situation when you encountered a difficult customer and how did you handle it.

My difficult customer i experience was a resident that didn't want a certain employee to cleaned her room.  I asked why and she felt that things were getting cleaned and she pays a lot to live here. Well I told her I understood her and and I would find someone else to cleaned her room.  So I just switch the girl to cleaned another room while someone else did the resident room that  she did. And  explained this to the employees why this was being done..
