Exactly what happened to me. I felt and still feel very blackballed! I have a college education, loads of customer service experience, and do well with navigating on computers. This simulation was horrendous and I made one little mistake in not finding the item number and that was the end. I've applied since and now they're rejecting me on the personality questionnaire. Funny how I did fine before.
