Predictive Index (PI Behavior test) and the Cognitive Assessment. Behavior/Personality test (PI) is not timed. Cognitive assessment (verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning...) is all about answering 50 questions in 12 minutes i.e. ~0.24 mins to answer each question

When you don't have *NEGATIVE* marks for the WRONG ANSWERS, it's obviously becomes a fluke mostly to clear the test. To me it's not a matured interview/hiring process by trusting the tools too much rather assessing the candidates on the relevant skills/experience/performance/track record. Even I hired the resources in my career in a very big/reputed companies without depending on these so called "Cognitive tests" and those turned out to be champs in their respective fields and contributing greatly till date. And I definitely don't prefer to join these kind of companies as the same mindset reflects mostly in the working environment also.
