I answered with a generalized statement (to match the nature of the question). Something like “Pressure can come in many forms- demand of schedule, workload, communication, etc.” then I asked if they were referring to workload, environment, management, or a combination of all? I’m not sure the interviewer was expecting that, but we got along well enough to get through the interview.
