Fairly long process. Application form, online competency/motivation questionnaire, on demand video interview (which you can re-record till you get it right), telephone interview (which lasts ~30 mins) and then finally the assessment centre. You're asked prepare a presentation in advance, take part in a group exercise and have an interview. The assessment centre was actually quite an enjoyable day and the company really makes an effort to show you why you should want to work for them. You get to speak to the current interns and see how much they seem to enjoy their job.
