They found my profile from LinkedIn and contacted me. First made a telephone interview. They mainly wanted to get information about my current working area, position, my expectations from a new job. After this interview I was invited to the office interview with HR and sales management. After the interview process they said that they were at the beginning of interview process and they offered the job after 3 weeks time.
