How would you manage multiple customers needing help at the same time?

Stay calm and prioritise the customers based on urgency. Acknowledge each customer so they know I’m aware of them. Assist the most urgent or quickest request first. If needed, I would ask colleague for help or let customers know I’ll be with them shortly. My goal would be to stay polite, efficient, and ensure everyone feels valued.
