I would use teacher observations and feedback with staff, examine data at regular intervals to determine the student progress, and have both one on one and team meetings with staff at their schoolsite to determine the kinks or things that needed support regularly. Lastly, I would follow up with a year end evaluation with the staff to set goals for the following year.
