If two kids are arguing I separate them talk to each separately ask what's a better way to handle it have offending student apologize and give consequence for fighting if student is hurt assess the situation if a minor scrape send to the nurse's office for a band aide if something more serious notify supervisor, parent if needed call 911 if student is disruptive remove from the situation talk to them to find out why issue consequence for disruption and keep them separate from class until they show they are ready to be with class
