I want to clarify to whoever reading this post that the information above is misleading. 1) We do not have recruiters in China for the USA division. Our HR team is based in San Francisco and every single team member is fluent in English. Moreover, our HR Manager is educated at one of the top HR Masters Programs in the United States. 2) It is clear that the candidate is biased due to hearing a different accent. Which also indicates that the candidate has never worked at globalized company. Naturally, not a good fit and not employed.
