At the time, I had over 5 years experience in promotional products, 4 in print and 1 as a freelance designer. Little did I know that we were doing 99% of our printing in house and that I would have to learn how to use, fix, trouble shoot the large printer we had at the location, as well as 2 copiers and several other areas of pre-fab, quick and easy options for customers.
