How YOU work as a team? One of you? Shouldn't it be how you work as a team member? I'm not getting on the poster, I saw this in one of their job openings, "Qualified Applicants should enjoy working as a team." This kind of stuff, while seemingly minor, kind of means they're not super literate and no thanks. Unless you're splitting yourself in two or going as a set of twins to the same interview, this question is worded very poorly.
