I enjoy when creativity is bouncing off the walls. I would listen to the group while also expressing my ideas. I feel before anything there is a plan and as a team we would see that plan through. Solo I know that my imagination is great and I think it's awesome when multiply people can collectively create,design, or draw a plan for a common goal.
