I started by attentively listening to the client’s concerns without interrupting. This shows that you value their perspective and are taking their issue seriously. Acknowledge the Problem: Once the client has expressed their dissatisfaction, acknowledge the problem. Let them know you understand the issue, which can often help defuse tension. Express empathy toward the client’s situation. Phrases like “I understand how frustrating this must be” help establish rapport and make the client feel heard.
