It was sitting down and talking to the people. During the first interview, we toured the plant and I got shown around. During the second interview, I sat with him and the HR manager and talked.

Interview
It took about 3 weeks, virtual screening with HR then interview with hiring manager then final interview in person with both. There is also a personality assessment they send if you make it passed round 2.
