Try to be quick and take initiative to complete the exercise on your own(independently) unless you are stuck - Coding interviews may be scary and it may be difficult for you to grasp the code in 10-15 min, try to relax and be calm. The interviewers may seem supportive and they might know the code better since they would have created the exercise, or would be working with similar code, try not to depend on them even though they would say its a pair programming. Rather depend on google to quickly check how to solve the task or else the feedback may be that you depended too much on the team to complete to task so they might get the idea that you cannot not work independently.
